Returns are simple and stress-free—so you can spend less time worrying and more time living. If you’re not in love after living with your Ruggable product, washing it, and putting it to the test, we’ll take it back within 30 days of delivery. That’s our Life Happens Guarantee. Orders placed after Nov 15, 2025 qualify for extended returns through Jan 31, 2026.
However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggable’s sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded.
If you received your order within the last 30 days to an Australian address, please contact our Customer Care Team at support@ruggable.com.au to arrange for a collection of the returned product(s) through our designated carrier. At this moment in time, we do not offer exchanges for different products for customers living in Australia and do not provide store credit. Unfortunately, products cannot be returned to any store.
