All cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order.If you would like to cancel your order, please email our Customer Care team at support@ruggable.com.au.
Please note that our team is available Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM PST (GMT-7), if you would like to make a cancellation request outside of working hours, we will be sure to assist you as soon as possible the following week. If you have requested a cancellation and your item was still delivered, we kindly ask that you continue to work with our Customer Care team to arrange a return accordingly rather than rejecting the package.
