While we work hard to make sure your order arrives safely to you, we recognize that sometimes things happen. We understand how frustrating it may be, which is why we offer shipping protection on all of our products. Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or a free return.*
If you experience any issues with your package, please contact us at support@ruggable.com.au, and we will make the situation right. Please make sure to reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Lost Items: If you have received a notification that your package has been delivered, but you can’t find it, please check your surroundings and with your household members, neighbors, or your building manager. If you still haven’t located your package, please allow at least 48 hours before contacting us at support@ruggable.com.au -- in some cases, packages are marked as delivered prior to their arrival.
*Please note that refunds, replacements, and free returns will not be granted for damage to the packaging alone.
