Yes, Ruggable is proud to provide a one-year limited warranty that any Ruggable products sold will be
free of any defects in materials and workmanship. Ruggable’s warranty supplements and does not reduce
any rights and protections afforded to you by the Australian Consumer Law.
If you experience issues with your Ruggable item, please let our team know. We will do our best to resolve your issue, and if we deem it necessary, will offer a complimentary replacement.
This warranty is viable for a period of up to one year from the date of delivery. This warranty is non-
transferable and can only be extended to products sold on https://ruggable.com.au/.
This warranty is only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. The
warranty will not cover defects or damage resulting from improper care, negligence, accidents, abnormal
use, or modifications. Please see our Warranty Terms and Conditions for a complete list of specific
exclusions and limitations.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail
to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
When does my warranty coverage begin?
Warranty coverage begins the day your product is delivered.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
In order to file a warranty claim in the event of a defect, simply email us at support@ruggable.com.au with at least 3 images* of the damage, defect or fault to the product for preliminary assessment. We also
require that you provide proof of original purchase on https://ruggable.com.au/.
*Additional images may be required depending on the nature of the defect.
